This quote means that a goal you know is worth the hard work mixed with a good attitude makes any more achievements that you have worth the whole of wait. You are never too old to make a goal or achieve it. If you know that you can achieve the goal then that means that you have a good PMA, making it the starting point of all the worthwhile achievements.

Duties: Health Information Specialists obtain, post, and analyze medical, workload, finance, and insurance data.  They make sure that this information is recorded into medical records so practitioners can plan health care to the patients. There a varies of specialties in this field like Registered Record Administrators, Accredited Record Technicians, and Certified Coding Specialists. The administrators coordinate the information management responsibilities and supervise the record technicians and the coding specialists. Record technicians ensure medical records are up to date and maintain disease registries for research. The specialists assign the correct diagnosis and procedure codes to records and report cards tot eh insurance companies.

Salary:

$20,000 - $25,000 (Coding Specialists)
$23,000 - $30,000 (Record Technicians)
$30,000 - $40,000 (Record Administrators)

Education:

Students should take high school classes in business, information management, science, math, and English. Coding specialists must have a high school diploma or GED certificate.  Training is on the job, though classes are offered at technical schools and community colleges.  To become certified as a specialist they must pass an examination. The accredited record technicians need to earn an Associate’s degree from an accredited college. If not then they need to earn it from an American Health Information Management Association Independent Study Program. They must also pass an examination. Record administrators must have a bachelor's degree program in the field and pass a certification examination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Health educators provide information on health and health related issues. They can assess health training needs and plan health education programs. They may specialize according to specific health concerns, illness, or work or training setting. Health educators may work as independent consultants or in health departments, community organizations, businesses, hospitals, schools or government agencies. Health Educators often:

·         Perform health training needs assessments.

·         Design and develop health education programs.

·         Publish health education materials, information papers, and giant proposals.

·         Develop health education curriculum.

·         Teach health in public and private schools.

Average Salary: $20,000-$35,000

Educational Requirements:

Students should take college preparatory courses during high school.

Health educators have, as a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in health education. Many have master’s degrees.  To be certified or licensed to teach health in public schools requires a master’s degree and successful completion of a written exam in many states.

I think what James is saying is that if you think or do bad things you don’t have a something good you have something bad and rotten that you can’t eat anymore. Though if you think positively and do/ think good things your fruit is eatable and you won’t have to die off the bad choices that you have made.

Duties and Responsibilities: Genetic Counselors work with patients and families who have genetic, or inherited, disorders and birth defects.  They also counsel people who are at risk for problems.  Genetic counselors often: 

• Educate patients and families about their conditions and how they should manage their problems.
• Examine family histories to determine the history of genetic problems.
• Assist patients and families in reaching decisions about genetic disorders that do not conflict with their religious or ethical values.
• Conduct research about genetic disorders.
• Educate medical professionals and the general public about genetic disorders.

Salary: $25,000- $55,000

Education: Students should take the most challenging high school courses that focus on science and mathematics. A master's degree is required to be a Genetic Counselor. Most graduate programs require a strong undergraduate background in biology, chemistry, and behavioral science.

I would not mind to be a Genetic counselor because I get to help out families who have discovered that there child has a disorder. Even because I get to guide them through things that can help them not make it worse then what it seems.

What Dean Smith is trying to say is that even though he won a lot of champion ships and titles he still tried to do the best he could. Even if he left a legacy that’s okay cause it leaves his name in history but knowing that  people got to meet the real him he didn't mind cause it was the right thing he did that made him who he is. he always choose the right thing. He has captured the hearts of many by not forgetting about them and treating himself and his team with respect. He didn't judge his team by color or race he made his whole team equal and into a family.
