and Responsibilities:
Clinical managers
oversee a specific department, like nursing, surgery, or physical therapy. They
have responsibilities based on that specialty. They set and carry out policies, goals, and procedures
for their departments. They evaluate the quality of the staff’s work, develop reports
and make budgets.

up to date on new laws and regulations so that the facility complies with them

finances, such as patient fees and billing

organized with the facilities records of impatient beds used
Salary: $88,580
Education:
The clinical
managers have at least a bachelor’s degree before entering the field. Some have
master’s degree, though the requirements vary by the facility. A Master’s degree in health services,
long-term care administration, public health, or etc. is also common.

I think I would
like to be one because I would like oversee patients, keep organized with the
facility, and manage the finances so we don’t mixed up.
