I think that this statement means that if you see yourself doing something then that exactly what you’re going to get. Don’t imagine yourself doing something terrible because that what’s going to control your thoughts into doing something bad. Visualize yourself ding the greatest thing you can do and keep that in mind for a longtime and sooner or later your imagination will become a reality. Whatever you see yourself doing is what you can do if you keep seeing it that way.
