4.       Maintain a healthy body weight

I plan to keep an active lifestyle by practicing hard at cheer practice I’m going to gain more weight so I can keep a healthy body weight. I will diet myself to only fruits and veggies when I’m hungry so I can get good vitamin in my system. iw ill sleep earlier and give my body less stress to worry about.
