This quote means that I you keep doing something over and over again it doesn’t get harder it gets easier because we have increased our power to change it. For example, if you want to run a mile under 10 minutes then you need to keep persisting yourself to do it. If you practice every day over and over again you will get faster and you will able to succeed your goal because you are persisted to achieve it. If you keep on persisting on a something that you want to do then you are changing your power to do much better. Another example is when you want to learn something, if you want to be good or get better then you need to keep on practicing. You can practice it over and over again but if don’t persist to it then you can’t succeed it them.
