“There is no giant step that does it. It’s a lot of little steps.
ANON

This statement means that you can’t just skip steps if you want to achieve something. You have to take little steps, but every little step makes a big difference. For example I want to run a marathon, I can’t just get in car and drive over there because if I do that I cheat myself. I have to run it all and win this for myself and start all over and cheat myself out. No big step will accomplish my goal I have to take my time in achieving a goal that will take its time to help me achieve it.

“Right is right, even if everyone is against it; and wrong is wrong, even if everyone is for it.”
William Penn

William is saying that when you know that something is right you need to do it because even if no one is doing it then you should be the one to do it. If everyone is against it then that means that they don’t choose the tight. But if you know that it’s wrong and everyone is doing it then there is no point in doing it if it’s wrong and just going to cause you consequences. The correct thing to do is making it right if none does it then you should be the one to change that. Everyone else may be up for doing the wrong thing and taking the consequences but you should be the one to change that because you’re doing the right thing. Don't be the person that follows everyone, be the person that changes everyone.

“Cowardice asks the question ‘Is it safe?’
Expediency asks the question ‘Is it politic?’
Vanity asks the question ‘Is it popular?’
But, conscience asks the question, ‘Is it right?’
And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but one must take it because one’s conscience tells one that is right.”
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Martin Luther is telling us is that when we do something, a different part of us asks us if it’s right or if it’s the right thing to do or if people anywhere, ever do what we’re trying to do. You shouldn't have listen to what other people say or do, the only thing that matters is if you can listen to yourself and see if it’s right. If it’s not one thing or the others then ask yourself if it’s right. You should take it because your conscience tells you if it’s right or wrong. You can’t answer these questions until you take the chance, but it’s not always going to be the right thing to do if you don’t let you conscience ask a question too.

“The reward for doing right is mostly an internal phenomenon:
Self-respect, dignity, integrity, and self-esteem.”
Dr. Laura Schlessinger

Dr. Laura tells us that if you want a reward for doing what right you first must have self-respect for yourself and dignity. Your hear must wonder if you have self- respect, dignity, integrity, and good self-esteem for yourself to reward yourself for doing well. Doing one good thing doesn’t give you the reward it just makes you a good person but if you want to be reward you have to do it multiple times. For example, if I want to get a reward for doing well I first have to be good to myself in order to be good to others.
